1 Shipping & Delivery
- We offer delivery across all locations in India.
- All orders are shipped through India Post.
- The minimum delivery time is 1 day and the maximum delivery time is 5 business days, depending on the delivery location and postal service availability.
- Shipping charges included in your purchase are exactly equal to or less than the charges applied by India Post for the delivery service. No additional money is charged by us.
- Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to postal delays, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
2 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Minor variations in color, design, or appearance due to screen display differences
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
3 Return Process
If you receive a defective product, you may return it using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Return at the Time of Delivery
- Customers are encouraged to check the product at the time of delivery.
- If a defect is identified immediately, the customer may initiate the return at that time.
- Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Option 2: Return via Post Office
- The customer must visit the nearest post office and send the product back to us through India Post.
- All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Returned products must:
- Be in the original packaging
- Include all accessories and parts
- Not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
4 Exchange Policy
- Product exchanges are allowed only if the product has a defect.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange for the same product if the defect is confirmed.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5 Refund Policy
- Refunds are generally not applicable unless an exchange cannot be provided due to product unavailability.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time after the product is received and inspected.
6 Inspection of Returned Products
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the product does not meet the return conditions mentioned in this policy, the return may be rejected.
7 Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched through India Post, cancellation may not be possible.
